2 - Hamilton describes Desbarats's role as a critic of London, and the reactions of his opinions from the local residents. Hamilton's interview with Desbarats in regards to Londoners' responses reveals Desbarats's concern with the university's detachment to the surrounding community; as well as his interpretations on the recent developments of city council.
